Edward, one next-door guy, was born in Riga, Latvia on August 10th, 1887. He fell in love with 10 years younger than him and decided to marry. But tragedy of love, his girlfriend, Agnes, canceled the wedding just one day before the ceremony. Heartbroken Ed labored almost 25 years to build a coral rock monument to Agnes, which is known as Coral Castle today.

Bonnet House Museum & Gardens was built by a famous artist Frederic Clay Bartlett during 1921. Bonnet House is recognized as a complete home of and studio of a famous American artist. This artistic house is open to the public – local as well as Miami vacationers. Creativity of Bartlett family turned Bonnet House into unique Museum. House offers variety of displays such as Murals on the ceilings, balustrades, faux marble and sculptures. Floor and walls show the creativity using faux marble. The Bass Museum of Art is located in the heart of the historic Art Deco District. The Bass Museum of Art gives glimpse of European paintings, sculptures and textiles. Not only that, you can enjoy the temporary exhibitions of contemporary art from around the world. The Bass Museum of Art includes the collection of 19th century tapestries and altarpieces. The museum’s Art Deco building was built in 1930 which was expanded during 2002 by famous architect Arata Isozaki. Today, museum building act as media center, terrace and museum shop.
